D'Arcy paints what she lives, inheritance of the rural land and the city to global travel. The intersection of human action and domestic creatures engage her. Time of day, atmosphere, color play, strong composition and brush work are influences visible in her work. Suzanne has degrees from U.C.Davis and the Academy of Art University. She recently retired from the Academy after thirteen wonderful years of teaching.
