Pearl Regalado is a Filipino-American painter based in Oakland, CA. Influenced by her connection to the local graffiti scene, she works primarily in acrylic, along with ink, spray paint, and charcoal. Her art draws from personal experiences of womanhood and love, serving as a form of self-expression to explore ideas around love, lust, and relationships.

Artist Statement:
My work explores the intimate connections between two people, taking fleeting moments and making them feel larger than life. I dive into different aspects of love — bliss, lust, and passion — focusing on the raw energy that comes from these exchanges.
Each piece captures the intensity of sexual energy and the vulnerability that comes with it. I aim to spark both discomfort and desire in my viewers, inviting them to engage with the powerful emotions that come with human connection.
