Description

Kitchen Nook Ceramics
Patricia Williamson and Laura Eggett

Kitchen Nook Ceramics is a mother daughter collaboration. Patricia has been a ceramicist for decades focusing on everyday vessels such as bowls and mugs. Laura has been drawing her whole life and currently works as the Encinal High School Art teacher. Over the last 6 years we have combined our artist endeavors to create one of a kind functional art. Laura’s illustrations and designs are burned into Patricia's forms in a collaboration that elevates our art to something neither of us could do on our own. Our collaboration inspires us to continue to create.

All of our ceramics are stoneware or porcelain and fired to 2226 degrees Fahrenheit or cone 6. All is lead free and food safe. You can microwave or put them in the oven or even in the dishwasher. We apply the illustrations by burning iron oxide into the clay so the illustration is completely permanent. We want our art to be part of your daily life.
