Kitty Muntzel

Kitty Muntzel has her BA in Printmaking and Sculpture and her MA in Creative Arts Education. She spent 10 years teaching in the schools and then discovered a love for costuming. She spent over 30 years as a Costume Draper, her last 25 years at Berkeley Repertory Theatre as their Women's Draper. She is very familiar with manipulating fabric, pleating, folding, piecing which lead her to the fiber arts and back to sculpture. Her newest works combine woodblock prints and collage.
