Open Studios Hours May 20/21 from 11am - 5pm

In my work I use digital and photographic imagery to create images that describe fragments of time and space in intricate compositions

I have always been captivated by the magic of photography; how it allows me to stop the flow of time so as to more deeply revel in the beauty of the visual world and its fleeting moments. I'm fascinated by what appears when I wrap the camera’s frame around a moment and snatch it from the flow of time, bringing it into an entirely new context.

I am an artist and educator. My work has been exhibited in galleries and museums nationally and resides in numerous corporate and permanent public art collections, including those of the Alameda County Art Commission, Berkeley Civic Arts Center, the San Francisco Arts Commission, the Brower Center, and the Kala Institute (Berkeley, CA).
