I believe in transcendence, in sparks of joy and the luminosity of spirit that brings about transformation and new ways of being. As a near-death experiencer, I love exploring the ethereal realms and often feel called to move toward healing personal and collective trauma. From childhood, I have adored animals and they frequent my paintings—especially the big cats, dogs, wolves, rabbits, horses, and donkeys—as allies. And spirits, they come too. Some of my paintings are held in private collections in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, or have been exhibited in group shows at the former Barbara Anderson Gallery in Berkeley, The Greenlining Institute, and at the Orange County Center for Contemporary Art as part of their Fashionistas Fight Back! show. My work has also been featured at Swallowtail in San Francisco, and at a solo show at Beyond Baroque in Venice, California. I am a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College's MFA Program in Creative Writing and am working on a second volume of poetry, a novella, and children's books. Thank you for your kind interest. Wishing you all great joy xx
