Jordan Wiebe

Jordan Wiebe is a multidisciplinary artist from California's Central Valley, currently based in the Bay Area. His work explores new ways of organizing symbols to build new language for familiar concepts. Jordan's playful approach is amplified through informal style and an immediacy in the work that reflects the tension between self and systems, individual and collective identity. With a background in design and photography, Jordan employs a range of mediums, including acrylic, found objects and typography, to survey themes of Mennonite identity.
