Gig & Wendy

We're Gig & Wendy, two artists, one art. Our collaborative work is a multifaceted process of finding, designing, conceptualizing, painting, writing. We combine our individual art practices to produce a shared vision of the transformational nature of human perception, conjoined with the natural world as part of evolutionary activity. We presume a form to human nature and a structure of human consciousness that can reconfigure and change. Change starts in the mind, but we must be open to the chance presented. We create this art together to build a common framework of the mind that expects the unexpected.
Unpredictability takes practice, and we build that temperament with our creative process together.
