May 13/14 & May 20/21, 11am - 5pm

Come visit me in my cherished garden studio where I work. Each handthrown and handpainted ceramic piece is my attempt to create a whole object of beauty for others to enjoy - in which my love of line, form and color meet. Working with clay is deeply satisfying and connects me to my grandfather, a potter. It is a counterpoint to my work as an architect which depends on others to be realized. Since childhood, my abstract watercolors have been a way to combine line and color to create order in a chaotic world. I'm honored to say that my ceramic work is included in the Toki collection of the Oakland Art Museum.
